Along with student accommodation, we also offer a wide range of garages.
If you are interested in renting or buying a garage, please feel free to contact us. There is a choice of several locations in Leuven.
Student accommodation
We offer three types of room:
1. the standard room
This is a furnished room with communal kitchen, living room, shower and toilet.
2. the room with private bathroom
This is a furnished room with private bathroom and communal kitchen.
3. the studio
This is a room with private kitchen and bathroom.
Some studios have a separate bedroom. There is also the possibility of accommodating two persons together in some of the buildings.
All our rooms, studios and apartments are furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, sink with hot and cold water, mirror cabinet and curtains.
Some of the rooms have a sleeping platform or duplex.
All our rooms are equipped as standard with an internet connection (student net), cable TV and telephone socket. You do have to request your own connection with the telephone company.
Cable TV is available in all the common rooms!
