Who we are?
Globiss is known for its excellent student accommodation. We have been active in the sector for many years and understand the needs and desires of students. After accommodating over 50,000 students, we still like to innovate in order to offer continual improvements in our housing options. What sets us apart from other rental agencies is that we manage our own buildings. We do not rent to third parties. This means that we are closely involved in each project from start to finish, from purchase through conversion to renting out accommodation. So it is in our interests to ensure that all buildings are well maintained and that any necessary repairs are carried out efficiently.
24/7 service
With our 24/7 service, you never feel alone in your student digs. We are always available.
If you have an emergency, we will do everything in our power to resolve the problem as rapidly as possible.
Security
The safety of our students is of paramount importance to us. We guarantee that overall security is a priority in each of our buildings. Your room key operates with a series of locks designed specially for us. Your key cannot be duplicated. Former students cannot gain access to your room.
If you lose a key, we immediately fit a new lock. This guarantees your security.
Fire safety is also a priority. All our buildings are equipped with a fire control panel. The room doors are RF shielded and the curtains are both sunlight and fire resistant.
An outside firm checks the fire extinguishers and pictograms annually to ensure that they remain present and correct (students have been known to deface the pictograms).
